Well fellas "thanks" for buggering up my nannie nap. Well the feedback from my Pommie whinging and whining has a had a little feedback and it's appreciated. Now the the later fellas from this site possibly feel that they havn't been anywhere or only done Peacekeeping but the essence of this site is the ADG, yes i suppose that for the majority of the years that this site has been up and running it has been saturated with those of the Vietnam Era, but once again if you arrived after those years you as much a part of the site as us after all your an ADG. And we'd welcome an imput from you fellas, dont leave it to late as i once did only to find out 2 of my old mates had bugged out and signed into the big bunker up above, i only missed them by 10 years never got the chance to have a final yack to them. If you fellow ADGies care to email in photo's and the odd story or two, then i'm sure that eventually a responce will be obtained as it has already happened on quite a few occassions and it's great to think the web site is unitying mates no matter where they are. The Photo below has a caption and it's not in small print obscured on the back some where " Together then .................Together Again " |

Pom; Its a shame that out of all the troops out there that it has come to this. Wake up troops, Pom I will go thru things that I have here in Vic at weekend to see what I can offer to such a wonderful Newsletter,I ask every one to help out as you do the Veteran community a wonderful service and as an ESO I often tell people to go to this site and check it out, as it is a very informative newsletter. I for one do not wish to see vacant space and I know that there are a lot of others out there that enjoy reading it as well. I now call on all ADGIES out there no matter if you are an old fart like me or a new member this is your Mag so lets see enough input no matter what it is on, to FORCE the Pom to have to put some on hold till the next one This is your newsletter compiled by the POM for your use come on troops sit down and put things together, if you do not know how to put it in to words then still send it to the pom and let him work it out. "THAT'S WHAT WEBMASTERS ARE ALL ABOUT" so over to all ADGIES if you can not write then get that partner of yours to put it together as they seem to have a lot to say. I travel the State of Victoria for and on behalf of the TPI association no monies change hands as I do it cause I enjoy meeting all Veterans (including Tank in Shepparton) I am a welfare officer and pension officer and go out of my way to put something back into the Veteran community that helped me get to where I am. Pom I know that it takes a lot of time and a bloody big effort to compile this newsletter I hope the troops do not let you down as within the Veteran Community it would be a shame to see this fade away. I hope to be able to send you a weekly info time permitting. regards Warren D.Barclay ex 5 ADG course 1967 State Director TPI Association Victoria Pom ; please find a photo of myself attached.(so that people Know who Iam) At the moment I am putting together a file on Ward 17 in the State of Victoria,I know that all States have the same. As my Local federal Member in the Shadow Minister for Veteran Affairs and has opened his door for me I would like to hear from those Veterans out there that have complaint's about there ward 17's in their State or territory so that I can present him a full history of what does not happen for the Veteran in their Area so that I can put it before him to place our current Minister on Notice. For once we have a Minister that is prepared to listen even if he is in opposition,as I know he will still listen in Government Take note. Pom feel free to release my email address which you have plus my contact numbers for those that do not have a computer Mobil 0415352796 24hrs day Home 97913973 (03) Melb when I am there Would like some input to take to Allan.
